Ingredients

Scale

1 pack Fresh ripe strawberries

1 Tbsp Granulated sugar

2 cups Whole milk (can substitute to milk of your choice)

2 Tbsp Matcha powder

1 cup Ice cubes

Hot water


Instructions

  1. In a tall glass, add strawberries and white granulated sugar and crush them with a muddler until they’re pureed
  2. Add ice cubes to your cup
  3. Pour milk into glass over the ice and strawberries compote
  4. sift matcha powder into a small bowl. Add hot boiling water to the matcha and whisk until frothy for about 30 seconds.
  5. Lastly, pour in the matcha and enjoy!
