Each bite is dipped in a rich custard, pan-fried to golden perfection, and coated in a warm cinnamon sugar blend. To elevate the experience, a crackly caramelized sugar glaze is drizzled over the top, creating a crisp brûlée crunch that perfectly contrasts the soft, creamy center.
